Head, Early Childhood Care Management (ECM) Department

Chukujindu Joyce Okafor is an educationist and the present Head of Department of Early Childhood Care Management. She holds a Doctoral Degree in Educational Planning; a Master’s Degree in Educational Management from University of Benin, Benin City, and a B.A Ed History degree from the then Bendel State University now Ambrose Ali University in Edo State.
She specializes in Economics of Educational Planning. And a member various professional institutions like the National Association of Educational Administration and Planning (NAEAP), Teacher’s Registration Council, as well as the Association for Promoting Academic Research and Development in Nigeria (APARDN).
