The Library is in the building called the Learning Resource Center. It is stocked with a large collection of books, tapes, newspapers and journals for the benefit of the students. The Library also provides access to virtual libraries and research databases around the world. Once all fees have been paid and proper clearances obtained, students are permitted to access the Library Resources with the presentation of their Library Identification Card and maintenance of School’s dress code during official and unofficial hours when utilizing the library.

Mrs P. G. Otoide (CLN)(
Mrs P. G. Otoide is the current Librarian for the School of Basic and Applied Studies. She is a graduate from the University of Benin where she bagged Bachelor of Arts Honours in Linguistics in 1983 and proceeded to the University of Ibadan where she acquired a Master in Library Studies in the year 1987. She did not stop there but went further to get Master of Public Administration, 1998. Mrs. Otoide is a Certified Librarian of Nigeria by Librarians’ Registration Council of Nigeria, 2011. She is a devout Christian, happily married with children.
